Late on a day in June, they all must have retreated to the cafes, leaving the beach to be captured, with some colourful cars decorating the fringe. I love the way the waves break on the sand – it reminds me of lace. You can also see the seaweed being pulled back and forth by the water. This is one of my favourites and has been featured recently in Forty South Magazine (Winter 2024) and the Art Trails Tasmania exhibition at Fitzpatrick’s Inn.
